Fantastic Stay
huge variety local fruits turkish delight
The breakfast had a huge variety. I saw many choices including cheeses, and fresh veggies. They also offered desserts with a wide variety of local dry fruits. The Turkish delight was a HUGE plus!
The hotel is not close to many shops. This made it difficult to go out for a walk and explore.

My room felt very spacious and beautiful. It had a balcony and all the amenities one could want. The space was even better than some 5 stars I have stayed at. I TRULY felt relaxed.

The location is great, as it is quiet. It is also not in the touristy area of city. This allowed me to escape the hustle and bustle and have a quiet time. That's what I wanted.

breakfast variety well kept pool easy accomodation
i really loved the breakfast buffet! there was such variety, a great thing to start each morning. the swimming pool looked very well maintained and the extended opening hours were super convenient. we wanted a room change and the staff accommodated us without any problems.

the staff was super friendly and helpful! i felt very looked after . souad and burak at the front desk made sure i had everything i needed whenever they saw me around the hotel.

bathroom hairs unmopped floor
the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety. it was adequate for a quick meal before heading out for the day.
The cleanliness was substandard. i found several hairs in the bathroom upon arrival, and the floor was to have not been properly mopped. There were noticeable dust bunnies in the corners. the lack of attention to detail detracted from the overall impression of the room.

mountain view varied breakfast
the spacious apartment featured a wonderful pool and mountain view it provided a romantic experience i loved. the breakfast was complete and varied we asked for food to go as we had to wake up early and they fulfilled our request.
i found nothing really negative just that the hotel is a little away from the main tourist areas so you might need a taxi or a car.

nice amenities breakfast buffet
The suite was neat with nice amenities, I appreciated that. Food portions at the restaurant are huge. The spaghetti bolognese was tasty, really! The breakfast buffet had a good spread plus the accommodation was well-priced. I was really impressed with the nice pool area.
The cleaning was not good. We requested cleaning service, but the room was not cleaned, even after we requested it, disappointing. They only changed the bed sheets three times .

The dining room staff were polite and friendly. Hakan and Gamze at the reception displayed exemplary professionalism, and they effortlessly handled requests of any size with grace and efficiency, I appreciate it.

the staff was helpful, especially when i needed directions. i liked that my beautiful suite spa bath room was very spacious. the spa area includes multiple saunas, which i used often. the gym had good equipment i could use for my workouts.
the hotel's location is a little far from most attractions, so you need taxis.
